    Dana Stefanoff has lead organizations and department for over 15 years, focusing on operations, human resources and training. Her experience has developed a strong sense of fiscal responsibility and an emphasis on transparency, integrity and professionalism. Mrs. Stefanoff holds a B.S. degree in Business Management/Personnel Management.

    (VP / Sr. Design Engineer)
    Buddy Stefanoff has designed LED-based products for over ten (10) years and has developed a thorough knowledge of the LED lighting industry and of the latest trends in LED technology. He has designed and manufactured high output, multicolor and white LED luminaires for six (6) years and is a recognized leader in LED lighting design. Mr. Stefanoff holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering.
